Description
Light plays a decisive role in our sleep quality. As the sun rises and sets, the brain sends signals that regulate production of the sleep hormone melatonin. In darkness, melatonin levels rise and make us sleepy - while light reduces them and helps us wake. Vesper™ makes use of this natural mechanism by gradually increasing brightness in the morning and reducing it in the evening, so your body follows its natural circadian rhythm.
In the morning you're woken by a soft sunrise that moves gradually from warm red-orange to bright golden white over 30 minutes - just like in nature. You can choose between several brightness levels to find the perfect wake-up for you, and add calming alarm tones that rise in volume in a gentle, natural way.
In the evening, Vesper™ helps you wind down with a dimmed sunset that gradually moves towards darkness or night light. This signals to your body that it's time to rest, making the transition to sleep both faster and more comfortable.
To avoid unnecessary light disturbance at night, the display has a light-sensitive sensor that automatically dims or switches off completely in dark environments.
Whether you want to read before bed, relax with soft light in the evening or wake to a room filled with natural sunlight, Vesper™ gives you full control of the light environment in your bedroom. The result? A more balanced circadian rhythm, better sleep quality - and a fresh, energetic start to the day.
