EXCELLENT
Description
The lamp's red light spectrum is completely flicker-free, low in EMF and developed to give a warm, relaxing light that doesn't disturb melatonin production. The result is a comfortable atmosphere that promotes calm, regulates sleep signals and paves the way for deeper, more unbroken sleep.
With 3 adjustable brightness levels and touch control, you can easily choose between a soft light just before you fall asleep, or a stronger light if you need to read, work or move around in the evening without affecting your sleep quality. The lamp gives enough light for practical use while keeping a soft, sunset-like red glow that's comfortable for both your eyes and your body.
It isn't only blue light that disturbs sleep - green light has also been shown to suppress melatonin and affect sleep rhythm. That's why the Vesper™ Bedside Lamp is developed to eliminate both completely, giving you the most optimal lighting for evening and night.
The built-in rechargeable battery makes it easy to take the lamp with you and use it wherever you like, whether you're reading in bed, working late at the desk or want a gentler night light around the home. The flexible 360° arm lets you aim the light exactly where you need it, without disturbing anyone around you.
